C&C Group appoints chief financial officer
Andrew Andrea is also a chartered accountant and serves as a non-executive director at Portmeirion Group plc
C&C Group plc has announced the appointment of Andrew Andrea as chief financial officer and executive director, effective 1 March 2024.
Andrea’s appointment follows a thorough recruitment process by the nomination committee and an independent executive search firm. Ralph Findlay who has served as executive chair since May 2023, will transition to the role of non-executive chair after Andrea joins the group.
Andrea (54), a veteran in the drinks industry, served more than 20 years at Marston’s plc, holding key roles such as chief financial and executive officer. He successfully led the company through challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Andrea is a chartered accountant and serves as a non-executive director at Portmeirion Group plc.
