LVA appoints Communications Manager

The Licensed Vintners Association has appointed Gillian Daly as Communications Manager for the Association.

Gillian spent the past seven years working as a Senior PR and Communications Manager in London, working with many household brand names such as P&G, ASICS and Holiday Inn in addition to working with many track and field athletes in the run up to the London 2012 Olympics.

Gillian holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Dublin City University and an Honours degree in Communication Studies. She worked as a print and radio journalist in both Ireland and Australia before making the move to Communications and PR.

She joins the trade association and representative body for the publicans of Dublin as it prepares to celebrate its bicentenary year in 2017. The Association is one of the oldest trade associations in the country with an unbroken history tracing back to its foundation in 1817.
