Mimi’s opens new BYOB cocktail bar

The cafe was founded in 2023 and was named after co-owner Nathan's sister, Mia Seligman (14) after her passing due to her battle with cancer.

Mimi’s is opening up a new cafe and bring your own beer (BYOB) cocktail bar.

Patrons can bring in their spirits and make cocktails based on taste and preference.

Nate and Conor run Mimi’s after meeting in The Liberties College with the aim to make Irish nightlife affordable and approachabl

The cafe was founded in 2023 and was named after co-owner Nathan’s sister, Mia Seligman (14) after her passing due to her battle with cancer.

It is run by two young Dublin lads (Nate and Conor) who met in The Liberties college and decided they wanted to make coffee and Irish nightlife more affordable and approachable.

Mimi’s began as a small coffee shack on Westmoreland street selling all coffees at €3.

Conor and Nate have a total of nearly 20 years combined experience in their respective fields and promise to bring you a product that exceeds expectations.

The launch party will be on Saturday, 3 May on 32 Pearse Street from 18:00- til late, it will have “Willo” a local Dublin legend in the DJ scene providing the tunes until late.

There’s no entry fee for the event.
